Down in Daymer for the weekend with wife & friends. Didn't even take the windsurfing kit as forecast was for zero wind. Took the old, old bike so we did the Camel Trail from Wadebridge, past Bodmin, right up to the end. Then we left the trail, rode up through St Breward, and pulled up at The Old Inn - a brilliant pub I've not visited for about 15 years.

Had an excellent lunch & several pints, followed by a leisurely trip back down the Camel Trail to Wadebridge.

Total trip - 26 miles. The only steep bit was the road climb up through St Breward to the pub 110m climb. The whole Camel Trail from Wadebridge is only 112m ascent!

Good, easy, hot & pleasant day.
